Norman came around with a genial crew to install a split heating/ cooling unit. They were at it 2 days and did a conscientious job. They were sensitive to our home and did fine work. I couldn’t comprehend doing this job myself (much more involved than you’d think). It’s good to have someone like Norman to call on for our plumbing and electrical needs. Norman came out to do maintenance on our unit and expertly tended to annual treatment. He was his usual jovial self and meticulously attended to any and all issues. Frog Heating & Air Conditioning is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them for HVAC and more. Pricing is highly competitive, in fact I purchased higher quality (Trane) heating solutions for far less than some of their their competitors.  The turnaround time from selection to installation was extremely fast and the installation crew was exceptionally professional and neat - there wasn't a trace of their having been here when they were done.  I will definitely be inviting Frog Heating & Air Conditioning back for all my needs. Frog Heating and Air Conditioning was great at responding when our heat pump went out. We had the new Heat Pump installed about two weeks after it was ordered. Easy to schedule via text. He was on time. Knew what could be causing the electrical issue, and fixed that problem. Because the toilet was filling slowly, I asked him to check it. Yep. A bad part and now it's new! Then the sink drain. It had a broken stopper and was draining poorly. Now the sink and its drainage is better because he noticed the drainage pipe was set poorly and fixed it! Latest update: HVAC issue. He came at 7:30 a.m. This was an urgent need, and he was there! Found the problem. Fixed! Another urgent need, and FROG made time to fix a major issue the next day! I highly recommend him because of his knowledge and honesty. Great job done. My air condition condensation unit has quit working On a Thursday evening. They responded Friday morning to my message and came out Friday and gave me a reasonable estimate for a complete new system and sent a team out Saturday morning to install it. We reached out to Frog via Yelp. Norman quickly got in touch with us within a few hours. The next day, he came over to give a quote on our water heater replacement. To our surprise, our water heater was still under warranty! We were not aware of the warranty and greatly appreciated his honesty! Norman contacted the manufacturer for us and got us a new water heater free of charge. The labor and installation fees were very reasonable and the team did an awesome job. Not only did they do a great job, but I appreciated how friendly they were and how they went above and beyond to clean up the area after they were done. I would highly recommend Frog!
